Hi, my name is Amber. I started this blog because I wanted to connect with other women that are in pursuit of improving their overall health and fitness. I want to share my experience and knowledge with anyone who may feel lost or confused about what their next steps should be when it comes to exercise and nutrition. I have been in the health and fitness industry for close to 8 years. Originally I was a personal trainer and over time started working with CrossFit athletes, nutrition clients, and now I currently manage a university gym. No matter what gym I have worked in or attended they all had one thing in common. There is always an intimidation factor that prevents people from pursuing their fitness journey. Through this blog I hope to connect with others that have feelings of anxiety or intimidation and help them either start their fitness journey, or continue that journey in a more confident manner.
